We’re seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive growth by winning projects, building client relationships, and expanding our presence on Upwork and other platforms. If you have a knack for client communication, proposal writing, and understanding IT solutions—especially mobile app (Hybrid) tech stacks—this role is for you!
Identify and bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer & other platforms.
Convert leads into long-term clients through strong communication and negotiation.
Draft persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
Understand client needs and align them with our mobile hybrid app development and web solutions.
Collaborate with the tech team to deliver accurate estimates and proposals.
Maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Proven experience as a BDM/BDE in IT services with focus on Upwork bidding.
Strong understanding of mobile app (Hybrid frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Ionic) and web development.
Excellent communication, writing, and client-handling skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and achieve business growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
